About the Role:
We are seeking a driven, empathetic, and experienced B2B Sales Executive with native-level English proficiency to spearhead our growth in the education and therapy markets. This full-time role focuses on introducing Hey Feelings Academy and Therapy solutions to schools, school districts, preschools, and therapy practices primarily across North America. You will manage the full sales cycle, build strong relationships with decision-makers, and play a critical role in establishing Hey Feelings as a leading SEL provider in B2B settings.
What You'll Do:
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new B2B leads within the education (Pre-K to Grade 3) and pediatric therapy sectors.
- Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations (primarily virtual) to understand potential clients' needs and effectively articulate the value proposition of Hey Feelings solutions.
- Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through negotiation, closing deals, and initial onboarding support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including principals, curriculum directors, therapists, and administrators.
- Meet and exceed sales targets for Hey Feelings Academy and Therapy licenses.
- Represent Hey Feelings at virtual or potentially in-person educational conferences and trade shows.
- Provide market feedback to the product and marketing teams.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, activities, and pipeline progression.
Who You Are:
- You have 3-5+ years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally selling SaaS, EdTech solutions, or educational resources into the K-12 or early childhood market.
- Your English proficiency is native-level, with outstanding verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- You have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- You possess a consultative sales approach, focusing on understanding customer needs and building trust.
- You are highly motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment.
- You are proficient with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and virtual meeting tools.
- You have a genuine interest in social-emotional learning and improving outcomes for children.
- Experience selling to schools or therapy practices in the US/Canadian market is strongly preferred.
Compensation & Logistics:
- This is a Full-Time, remote position. Employment status (Employee vs. Contractor) may depend on location.
- Compensation: Competitive package including a base salary and commission structure. Estimated base salary range $60,000 - $80,000 USD plus commission (On-Target Earnings potentially $90k-$130k+), commensurate with experience and location.
- Requires availability during standard business hours in North American time zones.
