Watching my own kids navigate their big feelings, the towering frustrations, the confusing anxieties, the bursts of pure joy.
I felt what so many parents do—a deep desire to help my kids understand and express their emotions, mixed with the frustration of not knowing the right way to guide them.

Oscar-nominated film producer and founder of BluBlu Studios, a Sundance-winning animation company creating work for Macmillan Education, Universal, Pearson Education, and Washington Post. With over 100 educational episodes produced, including "Kids Helpline" series for Nickelodeon and multiple global awards, he brings bold creative vision and strategic leadership to every part of Hey Feelings.
Monica articulated the essential WHY, and my focus became the HOW.
How could we turn this crucial need into experiences that children would truly enjoy, and that would lead to real, lasting growth?
Coming from the world of animation and storytelling, I knew that playfulness had to be at the core.
Learning shouldn't feel like a chore, it should feel like an adventure kids want to come back to, again and again.
HOW also meant integration and building with integrity

My background blends bringing technologies to life with a deep understanding of human behaviour, holding a Master of Science in Psychology.
This combination allows me to focus not just on the function of our tools, but on ensuring they genuinely resonate and effectively help families, educators, and therapists foster emotional well-being.
