Who We Are:

Hey Feelings is building the world's first complete emotional learning ecosystem designed for kids (ages 3-9), their parents, and educators. We combine engaging physical products (like board games, toys, and books) with interactive digital tools (including our Hey Feelings Academy platform and upcoming app) and a universe of relatable characters. Our mission is to make understanding and navigating emotions a positive, accessible, and skills-building experience for young children and the adults who support them.

About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic and relationship-oriented Partnership Pathfinder (Partnerships Manager) to identify, develop, and nurture collaborations that accelerate Hey Feelings' growth and impact. This is initially a part-time contractor role (approx. 10-15 hours per week) focused on building relationships with complementary brands, non-profits, influencers, and organizations in the parenting, education, and wellness spaces. You will explore mutually beneficial opportunities to expand our reach, enhance credibility, and bring Hey Feelings to more families and educators.

What You'll Do:

• Research and identify potential strategic partners whose mission and audience align with Hey Feelings.
• Initiate outreach and build relationships with key contacts at target organizations and among relevant influencers.
• Develop compelling partnership proposals outlining collaboration opportunities (e.g., content swaps, joint promotions, affiliate programs, event sponsorships).
• Negotiate partnership terms and agreements, coordinating with co-founders.
• Manage ongoing partner relationships, ensuring smooth execution of collaborative activities.
• Track and report on the progress and outcomes of partnership initiatives.
• Stay informed about industry trends and identify new, creative partnership avenues.

Who You Are:

• You have 3+ years of experience in business development, partnership management, strategic alliances, or relevant marketing roles, ideally within the CPG, EdTech, parenting, or non-profit sectors.
• You possess excellent networking, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
• Your communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills are outstanding.
• You have experience developing proposals and negotiating agreements.
• You are strategic, creative, and proactive in identifying opportunities.
• You are well-organized and capable of managing multiple relationships and initiatives simultaneously in a remote environment.
• You have a genuine passion for Hey Feelings' mission and understand our target audience.
• Existing network/contacts in the parenting or education space are a significant advantage.

Compensation & Logistics:

• This is a Part-Time, remote, Independent Contractor (1099) position with potential for increased hours or transition to a fuller role based on success.
• Compensation: Estimated hourly rate $40 - $65 USD per hour, or a retainer/project-based structure, commensurate with experience. Potential for performance-based incentives.
• Flexible schedule, requires strong self-direction.
