Who We Are:

Hey Feelings is building the world's first complete emotional learning ecosystem designed for kids (ages 3-9), their parents, and educators. We combine engaging physical products (like board games, toys, and books) with interactive digital tools (including our Hey Feelings Academy platform and upcoming app) and a universe of relatable characters. Our mission is to make understanding and navigating emotions a positive, accessible, and skills-building experience for young children and the adults who support them.

We are a passionate, creative, mission-driven team, grounded in expert knowledge of child development and social-emotional learning (SEL). We're backed by award-winning (Oscar nomination last year!) creators and industry veterans, and we're looking for dedicated individuals to join us in scaling our impact from our base in Poland, reaching families across North America, Europe, and Australia.‍

Why this role exists

We have a working product, a signed distribution deal with Moje Bambino (Poland's largest educational supplies platform), and first deployments running in the largest nursery chain in Poland. We also have a month-by-month marketing plan for 2026. What we don't have is someone in Poland to actually execute it.

The founders split time between Poland and the US. We can't run an Instagram account, attend education trade fairs, cold-message school psychologists, and make sure our distributor sends newsletters on time — all at once, from abroad. We need someone on the ground who can handle all of this without being told what to do every morning.

This is the first marketing hire in Poland. If it works out, you build a team under you.

What you'll do

Execute the marketing plan

We have a ready-made calendar for May–December 2026, broken into phases: pre-launch (content production), launch, Back to School, and holiday campaign. Your job is to turn that document into reality. You coordinate a film shoot in March/April (logistics, crew, GDPR consents from parents). You manage a 100,000 PLN (~$25k) campaign budget — you decide how to allocate it, and you account for the spend.

Social media and content

You run Instagram Hey Feelings Polska from scratch. Plan, create, publish — reels, posts, stories. From the film shoot footage, you cut video clips and design graphics. Beyond IG, you're active in closed Facebook groups for school psychologists, educators, and speech therapists — not selling, but contributing to conversations.

Telehealth

We're preparing the launch of Hey Feelings Telehealth — a marketplace for online sessions for kids aged 5–10 with junior psychologists under supervision. Your role: landing page, demand testing through Meta Ads, recruiting the first psychologists to the platform, parent-facing messaging. MVP stage, so expect a lot of testing and figuring things out as you go.

Meta Ads

You run paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram — audience setup, budget optimization, performance analysis. You target school principals, school psychologists, parents of kids aged 3–10. You test creatives (video from the shoot, teacher testimonials, product unboxings), A/B test copy and audience segments. Scale what works. Kill what doesn't. Weekly report — short, concrete, with conclusions.

Outreach and relationships

You build a network of 15–20 micro-influencers: child psychologists, educators, teachers with IG accounts (2k–30k followers). You run the "HF Ambassador Psychologist" program — recruit the first 100 specialists, give them free platform access, maintain the relationship. You write cold outreach on LinkedIn to school psychologists — personal, not spammy. You connect with NGOs (Młode Głowy, Dajemy Dzieciom Siłe) for reference partnerships.

Partnership with Moje Bambino

Bambino is our main B2B channel. You make sure they get materials on time — graphics, video, product descriptions in their required formats. You track deadlines: 3 newsletters per year, 6 social media posts on their channels, presence in their printed catalog. You coordinate joint campaigns: Back to School, Cyfrowy Uczen (government digitization program), webinars.

Trade fairs, events, PR

You represent HF at a minimum of 4 education trade fairs per year (EXPOEDUC, Warsaw and Krakow Book Fairs, pedagogical conferences). You work with a PR agency on media materials — pitching to morning TV shows and press. You organize webinars for SEL specialists and parents. You pilot Akademia Emocji sessions in play centers — recruiting venues, training instructors.

Who we're looking for

Requirements:
  • 2–4 years in marketing — ideally education, EdTech, children's products, or social-impact organizations. Agency experience counts if you understand what it's like working on the client side.
  • You can create content end-to-end. Canva, CapCut, basic video editing. You don't need to be a filmmaker, but making a reel shouldn't paralyze you.
  • You can run Meta Ads campaigns — setup, targeting, optimization, reporting. If you've managed an ad budget of even a few thousand PLN per month and know what ROAS means, that's enough.
  • You write emails people actually read to the end. You can write an IG post, an email to a preschool director, and a PR agency brief — each in a different voice.
  • You have outreach experience — you know how to cold-message someone and get a reply. You've built relationships with influencers or B2B partners before.
  • You're self-directed — there won't be a manager checking on you daily. You report to co-founders, but you organize your own day-to-day.
  • Native Polish, conversational English — some internal communication and materials are in English.
Nice to have:
  • You know the Polish education market — who makes purchasing decisions in schools, how the school-year budget cycle works.
  • You've organized events — trade fair booths, webinars, workshops.
  • SEL / emotional education / child psychology is something you care about. You don't need to be an expert, but it should matter to you.
  • You use AI tools for content creation — graphics, copywriting, automation.
  • You have your own network in the education or parenting space.

What we offer

  • 7,000–10,000 PLN net/month (B2B contract) — depending on experience. Performance bonus tied to KPIs.
  • You're the first person on the marketing team. Your decisions shape the brand.
  • Mostly remote. Travel for trade fairs, film shoots, and partner meetings.
  • A product you can believe in — we teach kids to understand emotions. It's not another app designed to keep people scrolling.
  • If the plan works, the budget and team grow with sales.
  • 100,000 PLN campaign budget + Meta Ads budget + PR agency support.
