Laughter is a great way to get energized. Everyone makes funny faces in 3... 2... 1…

Stretch your face muscles, make silly expressions, and enjoy the laughs.

Everyone in the group stands up and makes binoculars with their hands. Look around together and find something unfamiliar: a color, shadow, texture, or shape.

Notice details you usually don’t pay attention to, like small patterns or new colors.

Find a very bored character on the board and mimic their behavior. Your group has to guess who it is.

Look at their body language and facial expression to mimic them.

Let’s get energized! Everyone puts their right hand on their head and left hand on their belly. Pat your head and rub your belly in circles. Then switch.

This fun exercise can make you feel focused.

Make a bored face and then an excited face. Ask your group to describe how your expression changed.

Focus on changes in the eyes, mouth, and body posture.

When feeling bored, we often have low energy. Everyone from your group lies on the floor and writhes like a snake.

Imagine you’re snakes waking up from a nap, slowly gaining energy.

Name a color that comes to your mind when you think about boredom. What color would you use to paint it?

It could be gray, blue, or maybe a surprising color like green.

Create a story about the character closest to your pawn on the board. What did they do today? Work together with your group if needed.

Imagine they had a funny accident.

What can you do when you feel bored? Let everyone in the group share one idea.

You could play a game, dance, draw, or take a moment to notice the world around you.

Is it okay to feel bored sometimes? Why?

Boredom is a normal feeling that gives your brain a chance to rest and find new ideas.

Show the most boring activity you’ve had to do. Let the group guess what it was!

It could be something like waiting in a long line or cleaning up.

Sloths are known for their lazy movements. Everyone raises their hands as slowly as they can and yawns like a sloth.

Stretching and yawning slowly can feel relaxing!

Look at the characters on the board. If you could invite one of them on an adventure, who would it be and what would you do?

Think about what they might enjoy doing with you.
